Justin Hill

Justin is a Franklin Tennessee native. He has seen his hometown transform from a rural setting to the suburban paradise it is now. From a young age, he had a love for building, be it working with his dad on a tree house, to building barns and houses. Justin followed his passion for construction and majored in Building Science at Auburn University. After college, he went to work for Robins & Morton, which is a General Contractor that specializes in hospital construction. At a young age Justin was promoted to Superintendent with Robins and Morton. Here he managed several multimillion-dollar projects spanning across the country. This is where he developed and mastered the value of building while keeping a schedule and budget. His construction background allowed him to hone in his keen eye for building and design details.

These skills coupled with his persistence, responsiveness and personality are what makes him a strong agent with your best interests in mind, truly treating clients like family. Justin and his wife Rebecca love living in Franklin. They make it a habit of trying new things, traveling and enjoying any and everything Middle Tennessee has to offer. He spends his free time outdoors, be it hunting and fishing at his family farm or traveling west for a new adventure. Family means so much to me. My previous work not only allowed me to deliver a finished project to a client, but the hospitals we built had a direct effect on thousands of families in need.
