Justin Kaiser

Justin grew up in Texas studying business, obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and his MBA from Texas A&M University. In pursuit of happiness (and the ocean), he moved to San Diego in 2006 and held a variety of jobs in the tech space, eventually running a niche start-up business. He was fortunate to find success early in my career, so I began investing in PB real estate where he now owns a portfolio of properties.

Ultimately, what started as an investment hobby morphed into a true passion of his. Justin became a licensed agent to help others achieve similar results, to live in paradise while owning appreciating assets. His business approach is similar to that of baseball legend Ted Williams, widely known as the greatest hitter of all time, "Know your sweet spot, and patiently wait for your pitch".
