Justin Nee

Justin Nee has been investing in real estate since 2007, with first attempt being a foreclosure. He has since purchased three other homes and lived in two apartments. The first three homes were in need of work and he has fixed them up prior to selling while his current home was move in ready! Justin does all of his own work, from running electrical, plumbing drains and supply lines, framing, finish carpentry and painting. Each of the 4 homes have been purchased using a variety of different approaches and span from a single individual to being married with three children.
While working on his investments over the last 18 years, Justin has been in the financial services industry. The last 10 years as a financial software consultant. Client service is at the top of his priorities list and his ability to deliver quality and on time products has helped him create long lasting client relationships. Once you're a client, you've made it to the inner circle, it is a life long relationship!
Justin joined Jack Conway in 2024 to begin sharing his expertise in the real estate industry paired with client service to facilitate clients embarking on the exciting home buying or selling endeavor. He is looking forward to sharing past experiences, visions for spaces that appear blank, require updating or cautions for items that may not stand out to clients as they walk through the property.
