A lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, Justin Richards has specialized in residential real estate marketing, acquisition, and resale since 2005. With nearly two decades of experience and a proven record of client success, Justin and his team have established a leading practice guiding property buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Puget Sound region. His depth of experience offers clients a unique advantage in understanding the real estate process, contract negotiations, and the nuances of local markets.
From 2013 to 2021, Justin served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and most recently held the role of Designated Broker and Productivity Coach (2024–2025) for Keller Williams Bellevue before joining Keller Williams Lake Washington South. He previously owned and operated a successful regional property management firm (2021–2023) and co-founded one of the largest household appliance companies on the West Coast in 2022.
Outside of work, Justin is a dedicated family man with a love for travel and the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, Piper, and has a lifelong passion for anything that moves fast—cars, motorcycles, planes, and more. Justin also dedicates time to mentoring and coaching new real estate professionals, helping them build sustainable and successful careers in the industry.
