Justin... To say the very least, is not a typical agent. He is a masterful negotiator; a gentlemen; kind; caring and honest! He took the time to make sure that all of our needs were met and more importantly that my wife and I, despite how long it took, found the home of our dreams! Justin was extremely straight forward and when we needed it... blunt and straight to the point. Which I find in this industry and all too often an art that is no longer used. It seems that most people want to pacify their clients and tell them what they want to hear versus being direct and honest and perhaps pointing out something that we, being overwhelmed with the buying process, very easily could have missed and intern could have cost my family physical well-being along with thousands of dollars in potential problems in the long run. This this type of expertise is exquisite and well needed in this industry of what seems to be less than adequate new agents that are flooding the booming market and do not have the communication skills needed to get the job done correctly! There is no question in my mind that when the time comes we will be certainly using Justin for all of our real estate needs!

Justin was great to work with. We were relocating from NE Wisconsin to SE Michigan and didn't know where to start. He showed us some houses we found on Zillow and one house that he thought might be a good fit for us, and it was. We ended up purchasing the house that wasn't on our list but he thought would work for us. He kept us up to date with what was going on and answered all of our first time home owner questions

Justin is a great realestate agent! He found my girlfriend and I the home we were looking for and in great location. We were very picky about the home we bought which ment a lot of work for Justin, but he did it and found us the our home! Justin attenitive to issues that came up durring the puchasiing process and made it very painless for us. I highly recommend Justin if you are looking for a real estate agent. Justin was FANTASTIC! He was always courteous, explained all aspects of the sale/purchase with expert knowledge, and responded to all inquiries faster than I would have ever expected. We unfortunately had a few hiccups with the selling process (inspection & low appraisal), but Justin always stood by us and made it his #1 priority to get everything resolved to get the deal done and for the amount we needed. Justin helped my fiance and I buy our first home, and we were beyond pleased. Justin was very knowledgeable, and willing to meet with us or look at a house at practically any time. I spent this last summer looking at houses with Justin. We looked at a lot. I was kind of fussy. I wanted a house large enough, but at a good enough value to make a bit of a profit when I decide to move. It took a long time but boy am I happy. This house is nice, spacious, in good shape and I believe I bought for $10-30k under actual value! I went through 3 other realtors who had no idea what they were doing, didn't listen to what I wanted in a house and gave me listings that just didn't fit me. I'd definitely use Justin again!
