K.C. Lau

Starting his career in real estate in 2004, K.C. has consistently been rated Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors. With over $150 million in sales, he is in the top 2% of all agents in Chicagoland. He is extremely passionate about Chicago and is familiar with most of the city's many great neighborhoods & nearby suburbs. K.C. has extensive experience that ranges from starter homes to luxury estates. He has worked with a variety of clients including first-time home buyers, experienced sellers, savvy investors & corporate relocations. K.C. joined @properties in 2007 where he mentors the agents on the team that he has built.

Raised in Chicago & the south suburbs, K.C. has been residing in the Bucktown neighborhood since 2011. He lived in the Bridgeport neighborhood after earning a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University in 1999. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor, K.C. worked as an engineering design consultant. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and trying to keep up with his toddler & baby. He is an avid movie buff, an automotive enthusiast, a sneakerhead, and a huge foodie.
