Born and raised in Preston County, West Virginia, Kaci Price is a licensed REALTOR® with a deep connection to the community she proudly calls home. Since joining Houses & More Real Estate in 2023, Kaci has been dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence, honesty, and personal attention.
Growing up in the 4-H and FFA community and now raising cattle and goats on her own small farm, Kaci has a genuine appreciation for Preston County’s land, agriculture, rural lifestyle, and the people who make the community special. Her local knowledge and personal connection to the area give her a unique understanding of what makes a property truly feel like home.
Kaci especially enjoys helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home. She takes pride in making the process understandable, keeping her clients informed, and being someone, they can rely on from the first conversation through closing.

Community & Family
Family and community are at the heart of who Kaci is. She and her fiancé, Jeremy, have been together since 2017 and are raising their two children, Kolton and Adley. Being a mom is one of the most important and rewarding parts of her life, and she treasures every opportunity to make memories and spend time with her children and family.
Kaci is also actively involved in her Preston County community, church, and a local homeschool program serving families throughout the area. When she isn’t helping clients or working on her small farm, you can usually find her camping, spending time outdoors, playing with baby goats, or—most importantly—making memories with her kids.
