As a self-proclaimed realtor-nerd, education is important to Kaera, whether it is alphabet soup after her name with multiple earned designations or educating fellow agents.
Real estate was not a childhood dream, but now with more than sixteen years in the industry, she cannot imagine a greater way to help her local community. Licensed since 2006, Kaera has experience with first-time home buyers, estates, military relocation, new construction, property management, all types of sellers, and more from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach and every locality in between. She takes a “team” approach as she educates her clients and provides resources throughout the process realizing she brings the expertise and experience while helping her clients make the final decisions.
While she counts it as “normal,” her attention to detail, a combination of technology, and systems producing exceeded expectations from her clients is why she credits most of her business from repeat clients and referrals.
With many years in the industry, she is always excited at the chance to give back. She is proud to be a 2019 Virginia Realtors Leadership Academy Graduate and a member of the Women’s Council. She has also taken on numerous leadership positions within the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors and the Virginia Association of Realtors, currently serving the fourth year on the Board of Directors and Vice Chair of Public Policy, respectively. Balancing out her volunteer duties, she serves on the Coventry PTA Executive Committee as Recording Secretary, has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity for years, and is a consistent contributor to the Children’s Hospital of King’s Daughters.
