We first met Kahdijah (or KB as I call her) in April 2018 when we were first considering our move from NYC to NJ. When we first met, she truly listened to what we wanted for our new home. During that meeting, she was engaged, interested, knowledgeable and most importantly gave us the confidence we needed to help us along on our journey. Throughout the process, she worked diligently and communicated with us at every step. Even during the closing the process while we were on vacation overseas she kept us updated via phone calls, emails and texts. She made sure to represent our interests to all parties. She has gone above and beyond and even after closing and moving in and I can call her 8 months later for help and she was able to get in contact with the seller because we had a question about the home. She is a dedicated realtor and I would recommend her to my family and friends - which I have.

I can’t say enough about her work. First thing is that she listens to you , she hears you and she cares ! And with her organized and detailed work , and following up on every single step as close as it could ever be , comes success. She pulled off selling our townhouse under a month ,after only one open house , in the middle of winter and at our target/list price. Thank you Kahdijah it was such a pleasure.
