Kai Ioh is a leading Hawai‘i luxury real estate advisor based in Kailua-Kona, specializing in luxury homes, resort properties, and private club communities across the Big Island. His expertise includes Kukio, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Kohanaiki, Hokuli‘a, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Waikoloa Beach Resort, and Keauhou.
