Kai has been in the real estate business for over a two decades and has also purchased, renovated, rented, and sold her own properties. Now with her license she will help you do the same! This firsthand experience serves homebuyers, investors, sellers, and families before, during, and long after the sale. Kai serves as an active member of the Maryland Association of Realtors, Prince Georges County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors Association.
Kai is a loving wife, mom of four and excited grandma of one. Kai serves her community as a Certified Registered Nurse. She is extremely talented with her array of carpentry skills. She is in the process of acquiring her contractors’ license. In her free time, Kai enjoys fishing, horseback riding and skiing.
