Kaili Frye’s favorite part of being a REALTOR is seeing the joy and excitement of her clients when they close on their property; be it on their starter home or their forever dream home. Her commitment to serve others includes listening to their wants and needs, and working hard to ensure that they are comfortable, informed, and in the loop throughout the entire home buying or selling process. Whether dealing with individuals or families, it is with consistent attention and constant communication that she will help them explore every available opportunity and find suitable solutions.
Kaili is a third-generation real estate agent and was initially exposed to real estate by her family who owned a Real Estate Firm working with sales and rentals. She went on to receive extensive training with a large real estate franchise but knew she wanted to grow her real estate career with a locally owned and operated company. As a CENTURY 21 Scheetz agent, Kaili is driven to help her clients succeed and uses her skills and the firm’s resources to better serve buyers and sellers. Having graduated with a Psychology degree from Indiana University and as a lifelong resident of Bloomington, she leverages her understanding of people as well as nuanced knowledge of the region to bring about desired outcomes.
Kaili is engaged to be married to her fiancé Raymond and together, they have a beautiful daughter. Spending time with family and friends is her favorite pastime.
