I am a masterfully experienced Commercial and Residential Real Estate Administrator and Saleswomen who has recently grown to become an Independent Maryland and District of Columbia Real Estate Broker, and associate broker at Elysian Realty Inc. With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, my ambition and curiosity over the years have brought expertise in the legalities of real estate contracts and in the handling and the closing of sales. In the brokerage firms I have worked in, I have been privileged to head key positions, and work with teams and highly acclaimed brokers alike.
Through my experience of being a licensed salesperson, I have managed several hundred properties, brokered deals, and excelled at administrative and client management functions. This has helped me understand, effectively utilize, and appreciate people management and the factors that are Key Performance Indicators of successful tasks/transactions.
