Kaitlyn grew up in Northern Virginia, located minutes outside of Washington, D.C., a place where negotiations are a way of life. When, Kaitlyn Espada, moved to Whittier, AK, for a summer position, she had no idea the life change she was about to undergo. She fell in love with the land and the old fashion clichéd “Alaskan mountain man.” When the season was over, she had no desire to return to the crowded hustle and bustle of city life and moved with her husband, Darren, to Wasilla, AK.

Coming from a family with a background in real estate on the East Coast, she knew of no other better way to branch out in Alaska and forge new friendships, business relationships and explore the wild, exciting, and beautiful “Last Frontier” than through real estate.
