Portland has been Kaja’s home for 25 years (minus a two-year stint in Spain). She has lived and worked in every quadrant of this beautiful city, including a few of the suburbs. Both observing and participating in Portland’s evolution and refinement, Kaja is absorbed in all aspects of this dynamic city! With a deep understanding of the importance of neighborhood schools, a fantastic local coffee shop, as well as commute times, she is uniquely positioned to help you find your next home or investment opportunity.
Born in Switzerland, raised in Idaho, and educated on the East Coast, Kaja appreciates the challenges of transition and change. Her outgoing nature helps people feel relaxed and confident during the buying and selling process.
Kaja grew up around real estate transactions, development and construction and has been a real estate investor for the past 20 years. A natural problem solver with a BA in Psychology and a Masters in School Counseling, she is focused and ready to help with any potential challenge. Kaja is inspired to sincerely understand clients’ needs by developing relationships with them and asking the right questions…and these relationships are what motivate and impassion her.
When she is not working hard for her clients, you can find her scouting out new restaurants and recipes, playing tennis, or spending time with her husband and two spicy kids.
