Kalama Kim

Paul “Kalama” Kim is President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai’i Realty. Raised on the windward side of O'ahu and a graduate of the prestigious Kamehameha Schools, Kim has a deep appreciation for Hawai'i’s many facets both as an expert in its unique real estate market, and as a person with true connections to the place and its people.

Kim is a respected leader in the Hawai'i real estate industry. Prior to assuming his role as President at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaiii, Kim has served in roles including principal broker, district manager, and executive roles in major financial institutions. Kim is the President-Elect of the Hawai‘i Association of REALTORS®. He has also served extensively on the boards of the National Association of REALTORS® and Honolulu Board of REALTORS®.
