Kali Jones is a managing partner of Cultivate Real Estate, a real estate brokerage specializing in residential and farm and ranch sales. Having built the company from the ground up with her husband, Colt, she takes pride in working hard for her clients and building lasting relationships with each family that she has the privilege of working for.

Her knowledge about the local market, interior and exterior selling features, local area construction and finish-out, and staying informed on what product are currently available in the market are all reasons her clients choose her when they are buying or selling their largest personal or financial asset. Kali also enjoys overseeing the team growth at Cultivate Real Estate. Kali holds a Bachelor of Science in Development and Family Studies from the University of North Texas. When Kali’s not negotiating for her clients then she enjoys spending time with her family. Together she and Colt have two children, Wyatt and Emerson.
