I met Kam through one of his free, new home buyer webinars. I was instantly impressed with how honest and knowledgeable he was and I loved his energy. (I have had friends who worked with realtors who they felt they couldn’t text with a question or “bother” too much, and that is not my style!)
After a phone call about our specific goals for home buying and hearing about Kam and his team, I felt 100% confident that I was making the right choice in a realtor. The Kree team made buying our first home unbelievably easy (we joked it was way too easy!) and they were so amazing to work with. We found our perfect first home (it literally hit every mark on our list) for the right price and it was made even better by getting to meet some amazing people along the way. The Kree team also worked directly with our loan officer to make sure every deadline was met despite our quick closing timeline. The whole team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive from day one, despite starting the process during the Thanksgiving holiday and continuing through to New Years! I highly recommend reaching out to the team if you are in need of a realtor in the DC area!

I attended an HPAP webinar and it was remarkably different from this one. This webinar felt a lot more insightful and did a great job of breaking down the options available. As a first-time homebuyer - well, soon to be homebuyer - I have a hard time figuring out what questions to ask or where to begin. Happy to say that this session made it a bit more clear for me.

The first-time home buyer seminar hosted by Kam and team was really well done. The information is easily laid out and communicated professionally and easily. The best word I would use for it is "humanizing" - disentangling the process, helping identify the thorny bits - and ultimately working towards our goal. Kam graciously stayed on with me 30 minutes after the call was over, just to answer my questions.

I'm looking forward to engaging with Kree/Compass as I head down this path.

My husband and I bought our first home in DC with Kam in 2019 and could not be more impressed with or appreciative of his dedication to his clients and his passion for what he does. He patiently answered all our uninformed questions; listened carefully to our needs, wants, and budget; helped us understand the realities of our search in an intensely competitive market; and, maybe most important, took the time to explain to us in detail what buying a property would actually entail, from going over how financing works to walking us through a contract page by page before we got into the excitement of putting in offers.

When we started actually looking, he kept us continually updated on listings that might be a fit and was always willing to go vet a property we expressed interest in to save us time if needed (and be upfront about potential problems with something that online looked too good to be true). Even after we closed, he kept in touch to make sure things were going smoothly and has offered advice on how to smartly approach our future renovation and ownership plans. We have limited experience with the DC real estate market, but we have already recommended Kam to all our friends who’ve expressed even a passing interest in buying in the area. He cares deeply about his work and his clients, and if you’re in the market or even just curious about DC real estate, he will not steer you wrong.
