Before Real Estate - Worked 5 years as part of Chicago's rehabilitation initiative for unoccupiable homes on Chicago's south side. Ranging from structural enhancements to full remodels. In that span, my company completed and made over 150 homes livable. After that, I changed course and accepted a carpentry position for a reputable suburb contractor and completed 2 years of framing new construction and roofing various style homes. Following that I started my own business. Over the span of 4 years, I have completed 30+ remodels along with various repairs and numerous preventable maintenance repairs. Totaling over 12 years of hands-on construction experience. These credentials are unmatched in the Real Estate industry.
