I reached out to Kanwal when I was looking for an investment property. He was referred by a friend. I gave him the criteria I was looking for an ideal property and he was able to shortlist a few good properties in Sacramento.
He did a good job at negotiating and I was able get an investment property with positive cash flow.

I would highly recommend him if you are looking for investment properties especially triplex and fourplex.

I went into my home buying journey knowing only that I wanted to build equity and that I wanted to achieve long term financial independence.

From my first conversations with Kanwal he was patient, asking me questions that not only helped me understand what I wanted but also how he could best assist me. As we continued to explore possibilities he was incredibly responsive and guided me through the entire process from pre-approval to finding a lender and evaluating properties. Kanwal was always reachable, always friendly, and always had something new I could learn from.

Despite not getting our first, or second offers accepted, Kanwal continued to support me and recommend new options, even making the trip out to Sacramento numerous times with me to show me properties I was interested in.

When I finally found the house I was looking for and quickly inundated with requests for information and forms to sign, Kanwal was there, each and every step of the way. He is incredibly well informed, well connected, and always looks out for your best interests.

He was my biggest advocate, helping me to negotiate the best deal from our sellers and steering me clear of properties that would not work out long term.

Even after our deal was closed, Kanwal continues to be an invaluable resource for me to lean on for advice and for guidance as I transition from a home buyer to a home owner.

I could not have asked for a better guide and realtor for my first home purchase. I would enthusiastically recommend Kanwal to anyone looking to purchase a property in the Bay Area

We chose Kanwal gill to be our buyer's agent and had a great experience. We very actively looked for homes for over 2 months, bid on two homes and in the end competed against 2 other offers for the home we ended up successfully purchasing.

Why we liked working with Kanwal:

* Kanwal was always available to us and would always promptly respond to email / calls.

* Kanwal gill over communicates in order to be very clear that he understands what we want and that we understand what he advises.

* He did not push us into homes nor did he push us away from homes. Instead he asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we were unsure, we asked him for personal/professional opinion and only then would he influence our decision.

* Negotiations with the seller's agent were tough and hiccups from delayed appraisals or delayed financing made the purchase process stressful at times. It is easy to get emotional and react to various situations during the process, especially when it involves purchasing something so expensive (a home in California area). Kanwal helped us to focus on our end goal; to win the bid and then close on the home. He recommended the strategy/approach we needed to take in dealing with the seller's agent and often helped ground me when my tendency to react to hiccups due to 3rd parties (such as delayed appraisals and delayed financing)

* Our experience with Kanwal while professional was also very personal, we got to learn about Kanwal, his family and likewise he got to know us.

What you look for when you choose a realtor may be different for everyone, but I can vouch that with Kanwal you will get someone who will do his best to help you get the home that you want.

I bought a property in Stockton California after wandering for six months, it was getting too difficult to find a property but kanwar made it easy. He's a person full of patience and helps at every single point. I could call him anytime let it be there or evening, he was just a call away. He made it very convenient for me and I had zero headache of the paperwork.

Kanwar is a very professional person and very helpful too, i'll be having all my future Real estate transactions with him only.

I don't usually have many words to say but honestly I owe it to Kanwal that I am a first time homeowner today. I had a rather pessimistic outlook regarding realty and agents in general, but specifically with Kanwal those notions went out the window. Not only did Kanwal provide excellent guidance and service, he went above and beyond to ensure we could secure a home against all odds (without divulging too much, lets just say we weren't the first or best choice). Didn't realize buying a home was this easy. Kanwal took care of everything. Drafted up all the paperwork within 24 hrs of request. Works after hours. Complete transparency. Closed in 21 days. Also works really well with the elderly and is very accommodating. We were first time buyers and he basically had to teach us everything from scratch. Great sense of humor and fantastic at his job; he knows what he's doing. Almost wish it took longer!
