Originally from Baltimore, she moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1990. Kara attended the University of North Florida with a major in Marketing. Now residing in Nocatee, she has an intimate understanding of properties in the beach regions as well as her own Nocatee neighborhood.

Professionally, Kara endeavors to keep herself up to date with all recent market trends and news. In her downtime, she enjoys live music, being outside close to the area waters, and any social time with family.
