Kara Hedge

I am proud to be a Realtor in the Metro-East area and helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. My focus is working with and for my clients keeping their best interests at heart in what can be an overwhelming, emotional process. One of the greatest parts of my profession is when these clients become friends and we create lasting relationships.

My career in real estate began in 2003 as the Director of Advertising and in 2006 I became a Realtor. With more than 12 years of experience in real estate, I am always eager to help clients better understand the market so that they can accomplish their real estate goals. For the past 6 years I have been the recipient of the Five Star Professional Award from St. Louis Magazine. I joined RE/MAX Alliance in 2014 and in my first year with RE/MAX, I earned the Executive Club Award.

I have a degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University, and am a member of the National Association of Realtors and Illinois Association of Realtors. I previously was a loan department coordinator and I like to expand my knowledge of real estate by attending industry educational programs and using technology to make the buying and selling process easy for my clients.

My mission is to help clients transform their motivations and desires into well-informed decisions. I strive to give outstanding customer service to my clients throughout the entire buying and selling process.

I am proud to be a life-long resident of the Edwardsville area, and I am passionate about giving back and helping others. I love spending quality time with my two children, Bryce and Grace. Besides family and career, I also enjoy supporting the local community. I am the PTO President at Worden Elementary school and I also volunteer my time as Cheer Director for the Little Tigers Football organization. My spare time is spent watching my kids find joy in their extracurricular activities.
