Working with Kara has been terrific, there's been few times in my life things have gone so smooth and this being the largest surprised me how easy she made it. From working with me on figuring out what loan type I needed to get, to putting in the effort of finding people to make what little repairs needed done completed in a timely manner. She's passionate on trying to find the best home in your budget and also working with the sellers side. She even makes herself available after the closing for anything you might need. Highly suggest using her for finding a home!
