Kara is a fantastic realtor! She’s incredibly patient, kind, direct and willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I started the search back in August and I knew I could trust her after the first time we met. She listened to all of my asks and was my eyes and ears on the ground in Nashville visiting over 30 homes and FaceTiming me through all as I was living in California at the time. We encountered everything— from being outbid, to buyers backing out (twice!), to second thoughts (me!) and through it all Kara was incredibly positive. She kept me focused throughout and did not let me waiver on my non negotiable items- especially when I started to feel discouraged 6 months in. Ultimately she found me my dream home - off market - and I could not be happier!!! Thank you Kara!!!!

Kara was beyond WONDERFUL for my
home buying experience! I started the process by just browsing back in April 2022. I needed a home before my new job in Nashville which started December 1. Kara got me linked in to Compass immediately and started a connection with the lender. I never felt rushed. She checked in often letting me know how the market was looking and keeping me posted on new listings. I was officially ready to start making offers at the end of July for my closing date of September 1. She did numerous FaceTime tours of homes since I was buying from 3 hours away and still held a full time job in that area. Kara never had me waiting for a response. She was so knowledgeable about the different locations, inspections, and the purchasing/financing process. She’s amazing at her job and shows how much she loves it. She’s great with people and has a passion for making people feel at home!
