Kara Willis

Kara strongly believes that growth is a continual journey of seeking knowledge and helping others and has been the guiding force in her successful 26-year real estate career. In addition, her dedication to serving her family, clients, fellow agents, and community aligns wholly with Fathom's guiding principles. As a result, she views joining the Fathom team as MA and NH State Broker/District Director a natural progression in her career. Kara has been mentoring and training agents for years and has a passion for sharing her knowledge and expertise with others to help them develop their unique styles and individual business goals.
Kara is dedicated to cultivating and growing Fathom Realty in Massachusetts by supporting like-minded professional Real Estate agent, brokers and teams.

Kara is currently in training for her second-degree black belt at the Institute of Okinawan Karate. In addition, she enjoys playing guitar and volunteering in her community in various organizations, including being a Chairperson on the Women's Council of REALTORS since 2019.
