Kara Zahasky is a Minnesota girl through and through — the daughter of a carpenter who grew up studying homes from the inside out. From an early age, she was drawn to the beauty of structure, design, and the feeling of home. Before stepping into real estate, Kara led a multifaceted career in wellness, retail, and hospitality — developing spa brands, leading retail teams at Macy’s and Kate Spade, and managing events and restaurants. Her creative eye, warm leadership, and high-level service background are now her signature in real estate.
Kara lives in Mound with her four amazing kids — three of whom are now young adults — and their beloved pups. She’s always on the move, whether she’s setting up a fresh space, collecting seashells by the ocean, or singing along to the radio on the way to a showing, and she can't wait to meet you.
