About Kareem

Kareem is a Columbus native with a significant background in commercial real estate brokerage and real estate development. A graduate from the Fisher School of Business at the Ohio State University, Kareem received his degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis and quickly gained reputable exposure from national and local real estate development and investment firms such as Colliers International, SVN Wilson Commercial Group, and SkilkenGold Real Estate Development.

Most recently, Kareem has project managed dozens of single-tenant retail developments as well as over 200 units of class A multifamily across central Ohio. Kareem concurrently has taken to market & closed on over 10 multifamily properties in the past two years as a commercial real estate advisor.

Aside from his professional career, Kareem is fascinated by international cultures, architecture & design, history, and tech innovation. Kareem is passionate about reshaping the real estate development industry into a more sustainable, tech inclusive space. Impact through design and the responsibility of developers to reshape how we use everyday spaces is one of Kareem's main ambitions. Coupled with his expansive, conventional real estate development background, Kareem aspires to usher in a new outlook on real estate through impactful design, innovation and placemaking.
