Karen Baker

Karen has been selling real estate since 2000. Her specialty is residential real estate in Williamson and Davidson Counties. Karen has extensive experience working with corporate transfer clients who are relocating into or leaving the Greater Nashville Area.

Karen has served as president of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, director of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and director the regional Multiple Listing Service - Realtracs. She has been a managing broker of a 50+ person office for the last five years.

Karen lives in Franklin with her husband and they share two grown sons, a Labrador Retriever and Scottish Terrier. They both attended the University of Memphis and enjoy cheering for the Tigers as well as the Tennessee Volunteers where one son has graduated the youngest is a senior.
