This was the easiest and quickest house buy ever! Prior to getting hooked up with Karen, we were strung along for a house for over 6 months, and when it came down to signing papers, the seller and realtor backed out. With Karen, we went and looked at a house 5 days after starting our journey, the offer was accepted the next day and a little over a month later we got the keys! Karen hooked us up with a wonderful mortgage broker who was ver knowledgeable and helpful. Karen is a very smart and precise person and will do anything to help someone out. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new house or if you are selling. She is very professional and a wonderful person to be around.

Karen helped us to position ourselves well to buy a home in our small target area during a time of very low inventory. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the processes of selling our old home and buying our new home. With her help and the support of professionals she recommended, we were able to go from bid to settlement in three weeks and even managed to hold both settlements (sale and purchase) on the same date. She also managed to save us extra money by generously participanting in the Homes for Heroes program!
