She took care of everything with such eloquence and grace while listening to all of our memories, laughing and crying with us. And from the first showing to the closing what's approximately 20 days!! I would 10/10 recommend Karen Chason to all my friends and family for all relator needs. My closing was special as Karen has been able to watch me grow up since I was a kid. Now she was able to help me purchase my first home. This was a multiple offer transaction and Karen was on top of it and so helpful throughout the entire process. Obviously as a first time home buyer I had plenty of questions, Karen was always able to answer and would reach out for more information if she couldn’t answer right at that moment. What stands out the most is even though we have a close relationship Karen will go above and beyond for every client and really make your experience personable.

I have been working with Karen Chason for over a year. Karen sent me information on rental properties for about 6 months as I narrowed my focus in the Tallahassee market. Although she was expending a great deal of her valuable time, I always felt she was representing my best interest. Karen is alway helpful, prompt, courteous, solutions oriented and a wealth of knowledge. After about a year I purchased a condominium using Karen as my agent. Karen is experienced, knowledgeable and professional. She anticipated our needs and questions, and kept us well informed through our home selling and buying experiences.

She's a clear, prompt communicator and thinks outside the box to solve challenges. She sold our house in four days!

Karen has many established relationships in the business and related trades, so she was able to help us connect with great contacts for financing, inspections, plumbing, general repairs, electrical, roofing... And even a buyer! I'd absolutely hire her again!

Karen Chason was my realtor in 2018. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. I knew some things I needed to do to get my house ready to sell, but I asked her to be honest on some furniture...if I needed to relocate it out of the house and if that would help. With this and many other areas that I questioned, she was VERY helpful and VERY honest. I definitely needed that from her to help me throughout the process. She sold my house in two hours - just after listing it on the market we had three contracts. Karen helped me decide which buyer was the best to go with. She was so helpful with everything, it was such a blessing to us - her assistance and kind ways are such a blessing! Selling a house can be stressful, but Karen made it feel like a breeze. She is very knowledgeable in her field and I would recommend her to any, and have already handed out several of her cards!

I have never worked with a realtor who worked harder to find us exactly the property we wanted. Karen took every one of my requests to view different listings and to even cancel some offers I made and changed my mind on in stride. She was very gracious both to us and the sellers.
