She is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), an Accredited Staging Professional, and a certified rental property specialist.

Karen grew up in Rockville, Maryland, attended Montgomery County Public Schools, then the University of Maryland, and now lives in the Potomac area with her family. She is licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Delaware.
