Karen is an outstanding real estate powerhouse. Words cannot express the appreciation we have for Karen's performance during the sale of our home. From the first time my husband and I met Karen we were impressed by her honesty, professionalism, and positive attitude. Karen has an outstanding knowledge of the real estate market and was very responsive to our needs by providing contact phone numbers and also being present for the numerous house tests that needed to be one as well as many other things like communicating with other professionals. Karen kept things on track, kept us informed, and answered every phone call and text no matter how busy she was. When issues came up, and because Karen resolved them quickly, our closing went smoothly. She makes a hard job look easy and she does it with class. Karen is a knowledgeable, hard working, honest super star who went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Karen to anyone who needs a true professional to by or sell their home.

I sold my home with Karen she is professional and I consider her a friend. She helped three of my children to sell and purchase homes and looked out for them as if they where her own. Karen is hands down the best of the best, and conducts herself with upmost integrity and professionalism at all times. Not only did Karen work with us to find our perfect home she went above and beyond in meeting us on our schedule. Karen worked tirelessly to show us homes within our budget and neighborhoods of interest and didn’t miss a beat when we completely flipped the script on her and chose a fixer upper. As a 1st time buyer, I had no idea what to expect when it came to buying a home. Karen was incredible to work with! She took the extra time to explain every step of the process to me. She was extremely responsive to every text, call and email regarding potential houses. She went above and beyond and re-arranged her schedule to ensure we could see appointments for house viewing (Especially during Covid restrictions). When needed, she provided recommendations. The entire process was painless thanks to her! I’d recommend her to all my friends and know who I will be calling when it comes time to sell and start looking again.

There is no 9-5 with Karen and her devotion does not end once your home is sold / purchased – Karen continues to be available to you, offering advice for all of your property needs.

For our last search, we were on the fence about selling and Karen knew that; however, she was still 100% dedicated to us, pulling together the perfect listing and taking my family and me around to houses for weekdays and weekends on end. We had an amazing experience with Karen. We spoke with many different realtors before until we found Karen! When making such a large decision, we wanted to work with someone that we could trust. She was so honest and clear about the property from the start. Never made us feel pressured to make an offer or mislead the status of the house, and when we did make one she was so clear about what to expect for the next steps. Throughout the past several months, Karen has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a mentor to answer any questions and help us to make the best decision!
