I was born and raised in the North Little Rock/Sherwood area. I am a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, Awards of Excellence, and I am a Past President of the North Pulaski Board of Realtors. I was chosen local Realtor of the Year in 2003,

I am also married to a Realtor, so we always say "you get two for the price of one." I have an amazing son who is now in college, and I am also a second generation Realtor, following in my father's footstep. He was the owner/broker of Hot Springs Realty in Hot Springs, Arkansas until he retired.

As a mortgage lender I work with a lot of different realtors from all over the state and what I really love about Karen is that she focuses solely on making sure the customer has a great experience. Some realtors are just about getting the home sold and moving on to the next purchase but Karen isn’t about rushing someone through a deal. She works hard to make sure the customer enjoys the process and ends up with exactly what they want in the end.

Karen is a very skilled Realtor who anticipated every step along the way. She keeps in touch with all parties involved to ensure a smooth closing with no surprises. She kept in touch with me to make sure I was knew where we were in the process at all times. She is very honest, reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend her to anyone.
