Karen Hulstrom

Karen Hulstrom has been a resident of the Silver Valley since 1989. She is the Broker and Owner of Silver Legacy Realty in Kellogg. Karen is committed to providing professional service to her clients and customers. The Silver Valley consists of several small towns along the I-90 corridor including Cataldo, Kingston, Pinehurst, Smelterville, Kellogg, Osburn, Silverton, Wallace and Mullan.

She continually furthers her education to better serve her clientele. Karen has obtained the following National Association of Realtors professional designations: Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Counsel of Residential Specialists (CRS) in addition to receiving the Circle of Excellence Award for many years. She has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) award and is the 2009 REALTOR® of the Year for the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS®. Karen earned the Resort & Second Home Property Specialist Certification (RSPS).

Karen has served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS ® for the past 20+ years, previously served as the Secretary and Director of the Coeur d'Alene Multiple Listing Service, Past President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Shoshone Board of REALTORS®, is a Past President for the Historic Silver Valley Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Treasurer.

Karen is the owner of Silver Legacy Realty and also owns Hulstrom Construction, Inc. with her husband, Mike.
