Karen was extremely helpful with setting up appointments both in person AND virtual. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and above all, a hard worker for her clients. It seemed like we were looking at homes only on the days it was raining and most of those were virtual. She never complained and always showed us everything, even outside in the rain. We got the right house for us and have Karen to thank for it!

We already owned a home in The Villages that we felt was too small for our needs. Karen went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. She did not pressure us to look at houses that would not meet our desired needs. If we found a house listed by another Realtor, we called Karen and she set up a showing. Once we found the house we wanted, she stuck with us through the entire processes including closing.

After purchasing our new house, we then listed our previous home with Karen. She walked us through everything we needed to do to prepare our home for viewing. Our house sold on the first day of an open house. After inspection, we had a few minor issues that needed repair. Karen gave us the name of a handyman who took care of all of those issues. We also had an issue with a Lanai Enclosure that the previous owners windowed and air conditioned (without a return) without obtaining a permit. Karen gave us the name of an engineer who worked with the county inspector to resolve all issues.

We have owned houses in New York, Connecticut, and Oklahoma. Karen by far has been the best Realtor we have ever had the pleasure to be associated with. We would highly recommend Karen Kamperman to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
