When looking for a home Karen is the best realtor around. She helped my fiancé and I get our very first home where we just moved in a couple of weeks ago. She was very helpful, patient and understanding. We give her a date for when our lease at my apartment was over and she got us the house just on time. She helped us find the perfect home. She negotiated a 0% down USDA loan with seller assist. If anyone looking to sell or buy Karen is the person to go to I highly recommend her. I am so happy with my new house that I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Karen for all your help and determination to find my fiancé and I the perfect house.

When my daughter and I interviewed realtors we came across Karen. When Karen came to my house the very first time she listened to the stories of my life in the house where my wife and I raised our children and grandchildren. She wasn’t like other realtors who were all about the bottom line. She came prepared, she researched our house and gave us realistic expectations. Others came with no information and made us feel as if we were just a number. Karen responded to the many questions we had. She advised us every step of the way, and even when contracts were signed she still checked up on us until our settlement date. To be honest she has checked up on me several times to see how I was doing after the sale of my house. I would not hesitate to recommend Karen to my friends.

Karen, was a delight to work with, she helped me to find the home I ended up buying. Karen was professional, communicative and diligent throughout the whole process. Did I mention we did the viewing of the houses via video calls. I wasn't there to see the houses in person! But, I trusted her
