Karen is a knowledgeable and effective realtor. She is eager to assist both the buyer and seller in succeeding in their real estate requirements. We have worked with her to both purchase and sell property over the past 2 years. During the purchase process, she showed several properties that were in our price range that would have met our needs. She was always available to answer questions, research areas of concern and go the extra mile to assist us to make the best decisions. When it came time for us to sell, she had a great promotion process for our property in order to find potential buyers. She held an open house the first week it was on the market, arranged for staging and gave us professional input on the best price to list. We sold the property at above listing price in only 5 days. My Husband and I decided to sell Our beautiful home. No matter how much we loved our home we needed a larger home and property. At the time my daughter introduced us to her Real Estate Broker from Keller Williams Realty. She told me if I ever I needed a good realtor broker/agent it’s Karen Miller and said trust me, she gave me her business card. I kept her card for almost a year that was on my refrigerator. We came to a decision to sell and called Karen, from beginning to end she worked with us selling and buying effortlessly. Selling and buying a home is not an easy task.
