About Karen

My husband, Ray, and I know the importance of community and the people who call it home so special. I grew up in Hueytown and have also lived in the Hoover, McCalla and Alabaster areas. Ray grew up in Vestavia and has also lived in the Homewood and Helena areas. Together, we have called Pell City and the Logan Martin Lake area home since 2000. We are deeply rooted in the Jefferson, Shelby and St. Clair County areas.
Since 1995, I have obtained experience in all aspects of the real estate industry including mortgages, sales, appraisals, marketing and investing in rental properties and management. Ray officially joined the real estate world in 2025, but honestly, he’s been learning since we married. =) We understand what it takes to truly be local real estate experts. Not only expertise in negotiation and marketing, but a love and understanding of community and its people.
