Team Picarello is my choice when buying or selling real estate. I have been working with Karen and Kari for more than two decades for both homes we live in and those for investments. They have a keen eye for locating properties which fit our requirements. And they have always gotten top dollar when selling. Their understanding of real estate law, 1031 exchanges, and the buying and selling processes have made it smooth, quick, professional, and accurate, and with peace of mind. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience buying my place with TeamPicarello. Kari provided me with a lot of information on the buying process as this was my first real estate transaction. She is extremely sharp and will help you through any road blocks along the way. She also works with good teams, suggesting bankers, home inspectors and home warranty companies. I would work with Kari again in the future and appreciate all of her help through my first purchase.
