She is very professional throughout the process. As much as she is professional, she is equally in touch with real life. Karen is very personable and knowledgable in her field. During our conversations, she has mentioned that she used to process loans too and that definitely showed when I was lost and drowning in paperwork. She is very well rounded, her knowledge is not limited just on the house she was showing me but also, the whole entire process from start to finish. She understands that purchasing a home is something that is very crucial and clients just like myself are very specific with their wants and needs. She tailor fit her service to what I needed due to my busy schedule.Karen isnt afraid to take her time and invest more effort in looking for the right property just as long as she can make her clients happy. The type of relationship I have established with Karen at a very short time is the type of client-realtor relationship I know i would have for life.
