I am thrilled to bring my passion for real estate, strong knowledge of my community and attorney skills to assist my clients with all of their real estate needs. As a native of North Andover, I experienced first hand the many wonderful offerings of the Andovers. For that reason, my husband and I chose to return to North Andover to raise our three children. I draw on this personal knowledge of my community, including its school systems, businesses and neighborhoods to effectively guide both buyers and sellers. I also offer the experience gained as a Massachusetts attorney to negotiate real estate transactions and review the entire process with a keen attention to detail on behalf of my clients. After years of volunteering, I continue to be involved in my community in many ways. Most dear to my heart is the non-profit, Impact 100 Boston, which I co-founded and serve as its legal counsel. This special organization comprised of caring women assists those in need in our community by funding grants for local worthy non-profits. As a new Realtor, I joined The Peggy Patenaude Team at William Raveis in Andover because I share the same high standards of work ethic and professionalism. I am proud to offer my enthusiasm for all things real estate together with our team's decades of award winning real estate experience to expertly guide my clients as I strive to achieve complete satisfaction with their home buying or selling experience.
