Great experience with Karen Sherrill. She helped us find out home, which was not in her nearby location. She traveled all the way up to Kingwood several times to show us houses. She is very real and down to earth. You can tell she is on your side and wants you to be happy. She gave us great advice on how to put in an offer and it all worked out perfectly as we were the first ones to be shown the home and immediately put in a successful bid. Thanks again! Excellent, A++! What I liked the most is that she is very accommodating, accessible, knowledgeable and great communicator .
