Karen Stiles

Karen’s longevity in real estate can be attributed to her goal of treating everyone like they are family. Throughout her 40+ years in the real estate business, she’s worked with families spanning four generations. By focusing on the client’s best interest, and always doing the right thing, she’s enjoyed sustained success, measured by repeat business and referrals. Nearly 80% of her business comes from referrals and past clients.

Karen is a mother of three sons. Michael Bothof and his wife, Amy, have two children, Carson and Sophia. Paul Bothof and his wife, Tina, have a son, Miles. Her youngest son, Drew Matz and his wonderful girlfriend, Jordan, recently welcomed a new baby girl, Georgia. Drew owns Minnesota Custom Coatings, specializing in interior and exterior painting and epoxy flooring. In January 2007 Karen married Dick Stiles. "Dick was my first love! We dated in 1962-1965 and went our separate ways until 2006." His two daughters, Bridget and Sara live in Ohio. Dick is newly retired and provides great help behind the scenes!
