She has a background in new and remodel construction, and was the owner of Kitchen Creations, which was a kitchen and bath design store. From that experience, Karen found her passion in selling Real Estate. She started her career as a REALTOR in 1988. Within the first two years she received an award for being in the top 3% of realtors and also received the top agent award in central-southern Ohio with Century 21. With her continued success, Karen then went on to open two Century 21 Real Estate offices. Karen sold her offices and is now working with Advantage Real Estate, located on Pike Street in Marietta. Karen specializes in commercial real estate, continues to educate herself in the ever changing Real Estate market and enjoys networking with other agents and investors all over the country. She is a member of the Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchange Association.
