Karen Strid graduated from Radnor High School and received a Bachelor's degree in Humanities and Sciences from Ithaca College in New York. After receiving her BA Karen went on to earn a Master's degree in Psychology from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia PA. Thesis work post graduate internships and area of expertise in treating women diagnosed with an eating disorder. Karen worked in Community Mental Health for several years before leaving the field to pursue a career in sales for the Judge group. Karen spent over 10 years selling and managing large scale Information technology projects for various local companies including PECO Comcast and many more. While at the Judge group Karen achieved Number 1 status in sales for the company nationally.

Karen resides in Bryn Mawr with her husband Erik Strid who is a financial advisor and their 3 Children Carter age 16 Max age 14 Emma age 10 and golden retriever Cece age 6.
