Karen has been a resident of Naples, Florida for 15 years along with her husband of 27 years, their two sons who are now college graduates and their rescued dogs. Originally from Ohio and both OSU alumnae, Karen gave David a choice to medicate her or give her sunshine and they happily headed south and landed in Naples where they enjoy days upon days of warm sunshine.

You can catch Karen and her family on HGTV House Hunters Season 178, episode 5 to see her fun-loving spirit that carries over into her real estate business. People seek her out for her honest advice and know that she always has their best interests in mind. Her extensive network of hard-working people helps provide the right team to quickly get a home ready to sell. Both she and her husband, Dr. David Wilkinson, frequently welcome new physicians into the area and have extensive knowledge and experience finding residential and commercial real estate to set up a home and a practice.

When Karen is not in search of that just right place to call home for her buyers or helping to stage a home to sell for top dollar with the Caine difference, she can be found composting, gardening, checking on her worm farm, throwing a ball at one of the numerous dog parks, or simply ending the day with her toes in the sand enjoying one of Naples stunning sunsets.
