Karen just helped our family purchase our dream home! It's our 3rd transaction with her and she was stellar from beginning to end. Karen took the time to understand our needs & desires and helped us remain patient through the process of finding the perfect home for our family. My husband cannot stop smiling as he gazes at his tree lined 5-acre lot in the woods he always dreamed of owning! My 10-year old is extremely excited about all the possibilities for outside fun and cooking his 1st meal in a gourmet kitchen. I am always amazed by Karen's energy; real estate business acumen; calm, even during the pandemic; and ability to manage all she does while making you feel you are her only client! Thank you Karen! My husband and I had the richest experience of having Karen Wooten as our real estate agent in selling our home and in helping us into our new home. Karen's attention to detail to our concerns was beyond excellent. Her friendly personality and blessed, warm spirit gave us all the comfort we needed. Her professionalism is at the top of the chart of excellence. From the very beginning she has been kind, patient, warm and just a great person. Karen is always timely, always informative and hands on. From staging our house to helping us to have things presentable to the smallest detail she was always on top of each situation talking to buyers for our home as though it was her home. Karen walked us through the smallest detail of our venture. She especially took time for everything, nothing was too small or too big because of all we just shared, our closing was expedient.
