About Karen

Hello! Thank you for your consideration and taking the time to learn more about me. Here's the rapid recap: I was born and raised in Columbia. I came into the real estate business in 2003 after graduating from the University of SC with a B.A. in Public Relations/Business Administration. For the first decade, I worked for a few large franchise firms. In 2013, my husband (who also grew up in Columbia) and I elected to take a leap of faith, and pursued our "American Dream" of opening our own agency where we could have the freedom to provide more concierge style services to our clients based on their needs. We also expanded into property management as a byproduct of our sales business, as buyers and sellers appreciated our level of service, and requested that we offer this option as well. Since 2013, our team and business has grown. Real estate is my passion, and now it is also the family business. We consistently place in the top 5% of our market in sales, but we also recognize that giving back to the very community that has helped us make a living all these years is just as important. For this reason, we started our Homes 2 Harvest Hope program as a part of our business in which a portion of our company's proceeds for each transaction is donated to Harvest Hope Food Bank.
