If you don’t want to sell your house, then don’t call Karena because she will get it sold! They say the third time’s a charm, and Karena truly proved that. After working with two other realtors who couldn’t get the job done, Karena stepped in during a buyer’s market in mid January and had my house sold by mid March. From the start, her attention to detail and calming presence made a stressful process feel manageable. I must say this if you are looking for a professional team to help you look for your home use Karena and Sade !
I have been looking for a home previously and I had trouble. With Sade and Karena I found a home and closed within 5 weeks! I bought a nice dream home in Davie thanks to these 2 women. Sade held my hand and answered all my questions through the whole home buying process. Nothing was left behind. Sade has demonstrated effective communication and reliability as realtor. Their title team, notary team and insurance team is very professional and detail oriented. Even on the deal of my closing my realtor Sade fought so that I can receive equity and lenders credit which is hard to in this market and she made it happen. These women ran the numbers and honestly gave their expertise in each area. Both ladies checked in continuously to ensure the process was smooth. Sade and Karena provided resources to help each area of my home buying process smooth. I would recommend them to anyone in need. Let the elite realtors do the job for you, they are real top notch professionals!
