About Karey

Sales and Marketing have always been Karey’s "line of work" dating back to selling ice cream at Baskin Robbins when she was 15 where she was the best "Cookie Monster" cake designer. Karey graduated from Iowa State with a BBA in Marketing and has always enjoyed the many aspects of sales and marketing.

Meeting people from a variety of backgrounds, getting to know people and what is important to them, and helping people in times of joy and in times of sadness are all some of Karey’s personal goals. She tries to try to make the entire process as smooth as possible.

Some of Karey’s marketing goals include helping people prepare their homes; working with them to limit their expenses but maximizing their savings in the needed repairs or improvements; working as a team to assist sellers in hiring local contractors they can trust; hiring a stager when appropriate; listing homes with professional pictures and descriptions of your home and utilizing the marketing powers of the Iowa Realty Brand.

Karey does her best to be as available as clients need. She will always answer her phone, and reply to emails, and texts on a timely basis. Karey cares. Karey listens. Karey strives to exceed your expectations.
